This website presents Jérôme Marien's real estate advisory services and lets you request a property valuation. The information published is for guidance only and is neither a binding offer nor tax or legal advice.

Access to the website is free. Users agree to use the website and its content lawfully and to provide accurate information in the forms.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs and design of this website belong to Jérôme Marien or are used with their owners' permission. The iad brand and logo belong to their owner. Reproduction without prior permission is prohibited.

5. Liability

Jérôme Marien is not liable for errors or omissions in the content, or for any damage arising from the use of the information published. Links to third-party websites (Google, WhatsApp) are provided for convenience; their content is the responsibility of their owners.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under the law.

2. What data I collect

• Through the valuation form: name, town of the property, size and phone number.
• If you write to me on WhatsApp or by email: the information you give me in your message.

I do not collect special category data or data about minors.

3. What I use it for

• To contact you within 48 hours and prepare the valuation of your property.
• To answer your questions and present you with a real estate advisory proposal.

I do not send advertising without your express consent, and I make no automated decisions about you.

4. Legal basis

• Your consent, when you tick the form's checkbox or write to me on your own initiative (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Pre-contractual measures taken at your request, when you ask for a valuation or a sales mandate (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

5. How long I keep it

For as long as we work together. If we do not end up working together, I delete it no later than 12 months after your last request. If we sign a sales mandate, I keep it for the periods required by law (tax and anti-money-laundering rules).

6. Who I share it with

I do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, and I do not share it with iad España before a sales mandate is signed.

Only the following may access it:

• Providers of technical services (website hosting and form handling: Netlify, Inc., USA; email; WhatsApp), under a data processing agreement.
• Notaries, public authorities and other professionals involved in the sale, when necessary and with your knowledge.
• If a sales mandate is signed: IAD España Inmobiliaria a Domicilio S.L., the network I belong to.

Some of these providers (for example Netlify, Meta for WhatsApp or Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards set out in the GDPR.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to jerome.marien@iadespana.es. If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Regulations

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
